No Longer Feel Like I Have to Do More, More, More!

I have joined (and dropped out of) other memberships before, but I have to say that your philosophy and way of doing things totally resonates with me.

I am in a huge state of transition right now personally (just became an empty nester) and questioning my business, career and feeling very burnt out!

Making Space for Work (& Me!) After Baby

Alchemy and Action came at the perfect time for me. I was 2 months post-partum and just starting to think about things other than my baby.

I'm self-employed so I had planned to start working again 3 months after giving birth. I didn't really know what to expect from A&A but I thought it might help bring my focus back inwards rather than solely to my baby.

A&A was invaluable. I started meditating again which made a huge difference to my mindset, I did mindful walks in nature instead of rushing around, I decluttered my wardrobe and ditched a whole bunch of messy thoughts that were causing stress!

I even carved out a small sacred space on a bookshelf, just for me.

As a new mum, I didn't have a lot of time or brainspace for A&A, but the lessons & actions were so simple and straightforward even I had the time for it.
