What a wonderful article… You were good to organize and lay out some of the ways a wellness blog can make money. I’m especially interested in the more scalable options that give you limitless room for growth. I’m still working on assembling an audience and an email list, but your pieces offers a good outline for what to do to take advantage of the growth.

Thank you Amanda! I have been reading about different ways to gain traction and readership in the wellness space and your suggestions are very helpful.
I agree, just tagging a “coach” page onto your website isn’t a guarantee of a flood of enquiries. It takes a wider, diverse approach. But lots of fun and really enjoyable along the way!

In reply to Shawna. Hi Shawna, we are always updating this post and these are most recent and best looking WP themes and designs. To replace WordPress we did try Rainmaker which we still use, but so far WP has the least limitations and remains our favorite website building platform. We are not big fans of Wix at Wellpreneur, but we know that some startup coaches use Squarespace with ease and that it serves their needs. But ultimately, as business develops most wellpreneurs switch to WP or get custom static websites.

Yes, it's correct that with the MailChimp same email address cannot optin for 2 freebies, and this is one of the biggest disadvantages of MailChimp. For building more advanced sales funnels and exploiting this option, we recommend using paid email marketing tools that can deliver this, such as ConvertKit.
