Being an Ecopreneur with Bobsy {e103} 

As part of a special series focusing on wellness businesses in Asia, this week I’m speaking with Bobsy Gaia, the founder of MANA! restaurants in Hong Kong. Bobsy is an ecopreneur who believes that business can do good in the world and should be founded on the 3 P’s: People, Planet and Profit. He runs the first zero-waste restaurant in Hong Kong and inspires customers with his motto “Eat like it matters.” In this interview we’re talking about what it means to be an eco-preneur, how business can be a force for good, how to get started when you don’t have any experience — and how to inspire people to get on board with your vision and change!
