Going to conferences and trying to make the most of them is something that I did extensively in my corporate job so it really comes natural to me. But, from talking to other wellpreneurs I realized that most of you haven’t had that experience, and as I’m just getting ready to head out to conference in Bangkok I decided to share some tips on how I approach conferences to make sure I don’t burn myself out, that I get what I want out of the event and make some amazing connections. Taking it from someone who is really introverted, because going to conferences really drains me, I really had to learn how to pace myself and take care of my self so I could spend my time and energy in areas that are important to me – like meeting new people and enjoying the travel. If you are about to go to your first conference, or have already been to one but felt uncomfortable and like you didn’t get what you wanted, or you just love conferences like I do – you are really going to enjoy this episode.
