Welcome to the third episode in our three-part series on virtual assistants! This is a hot topic in the wellness industry, because it allows you to scale your business and get the help you need without taking on a full-time employee. I’ve invited two different wellpreneurs to talk about their experience working with virtual assistants, who each work with VAs in slightly different ways. They’ll also be sharing their tips and advice to help save you time so you can avoid some of the mistakes they’ve made.
Tarah Long is an acupuncturist from Hawaii. She’s been practicing for over 10 years, but has only started building her online business for the last year. Tara works with VAs on a project-by-project basis, which is helpful for getting the help you need as you need it, rather than on an ongoing basis.
Our second guest is Robin Arutt from Full Potential Living, who works with a VA on an ongoing basis. She’s learned that it’s more efficient for her to work with a VA to fill the gaps in her own skill set rather than learn how to do them herself, so she’ll be sharing what’s she’s learned in her experience.
What you’ll learn in this episode:
- How to know when it’s time for you to hire a VA
- What kinds of tasks can you delegate to a VA
- Tips and pointers on how to work with a VA more effectively
- How to work with a VA when they are providing a skill that you lack
- How to communicate effectively with your VA
